Can I bring a guest(s)?

Yes. You are able to bring your spouse or another family member as a guest attendee. You will be able to register them during the registration process.

What activities are available for my guest(s)?

Guests are able to participate in the following activities:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Monday Breakfast & Lunch (hotel meeting space)
  • Monday Morning Spouse/Guest Tour
  • Gala Dinner
  • Tuesday Breakfast & Lunch (hotel meeting space)

Will my guest have to pay to attend?

Yes, registering a guest will cost $300. This covers the cost for the tour and meals noted above.

How will I get to/from the airport to the hotel?

You will be responsible for arranging a Uber/Taxi from the airport to the hotel.

What is the deadline for registration?

The deadline to register is Monday, August 5th.

What is the cost to attend MWJA?

The cost to attend MWJA for general attendees is $700 USD.

What are the costs of the Columbus Tours?

This cost is included in the $300 Spouse/Guest ticket. 

What is your refund policy if I need to cancel?

You will need to email MWJA@event-collective.com to process your cancellation and refund. All refund/cancellation requests must be received within 90 days of your purchase.
