Isabelle is the Principal of IBHC Advisors LLC, which she founded to provides executive advisory services and board of directors’ service for medical technology companies to support their growth and value creation. It serves Private Equity firms and medical technology companies seeking accelerated growth. She has been serving as a French Foreign Trade Advisors since 2011
Through her career, she held positions of increasing responsibilities in strategy, business development and marketing in France, Europe and US during her tenure in several publicly traded companies including Axogen,Inc., where she was Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, Cardinal Health, as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Innovation, C.R. Bard (now Beckton Dickinson) as VP Marketing and Business Development and 14 years of position of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon and Advanced Sterilization Products. She began her career as a head pharmacist and material manager of a private hospital in France.
She is the current President of the Board of Directors of Global Nerve Foundation, a 501c3 founded in 2021 during her tenure at Axogen. She was a Board Director of Clinical Innovations, a private equity owned company prior to its acquisition by Laborie Medical in February 2020. From 2011 to 2017, she served as a Director of Central Ohio Diabetes Association, a non-profit charitable organization until its acquisition by Life Care Alliance.
She received her doctorate degree in pharmacy from Montpellier University, France and her Master of Business Administration from EMLyon, France and Cranfield School of Management, England. She is a dual citizen of France and the United States of America.
