In his 40-year career, Larry Miller has served as Senior or Chief Human Resources Executive at some of the most well-known global companies headquartered in Northeast Ohio, including The Lubrizol Corporation, Diebold International (now Diebold-Nixdorf), Tremco (an RPM Company), Ferro Corporation (now Vibranz Technologies), and Vitamix. He led the HR function for businesses that employed over 6,000 people outside the USA, including more than 1,200 people in France. He has helped orchestrate successful overseas expansion and acquisition projects worldwide. He has worked in over 40 countries. He lived and worked for over 10 years in France, Italy and Brazil.
