John R. Turner is the Managing Director of the Americas for Chargeurs Advanced Materials. He leads all businesses within North and South America and is a member of the Executive Committee for CAM. John joined CAM, a division of Chargeurs Group, in 2018 as the Commercial Director for Novacel Performance Coatings, Inc. (NPC) After just a year, he was promoted to General Manager. Under his leadership, John reshaped the commercial strategy for NPC while launching a disciplined innovation process for new product development that has fueled double-digit growth since his appointment. Prior to joining CAM, John spent nearly a decade at Avery Dennison where he held various leadership roles in operations and supply chain management. Most recently, he managed Avery Dennison’s global supply chain for heat transfer label and paper product lines with a total revenue responsibility of more than $600 million. John holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and International Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. John resides in Oakwood, Ohio with his spouse, Megan and his three sons, William, Benjamin, and Henry. He is active in the Oakwood Rotary Club where he serves on the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the club.
